As a result our staff undergo a vigorous screening and recruitment process to ensure that only the best trained, highly motivated and most professional candidates with the relevant credentials are selected to provide the Humanicare service.
Most of our staff originate from social care backgrounds such as residential homes and usually hold a minimum of National Vocational Qualification Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent QCF. They therefore understand what it means to provide a service that empowers its users whilst promoting their dignity and independence.
Humanicare are committed to providing its staff with ongoing relevant training to help them achieve the standards of service expected and are regularly appraised by the field manager who visits our clients to certify that the services being provided are being delivered to the highest possible standards.
In addition, all our staff our subject to routine Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks.
Humanicare staff will strive to treat our clients with dignity, courtesy and respect at all times; helping to promote independent living as much as possible.
